Here's to you Grampa.
When I moved into my house, I didn’t know what this random overgrown vine was. After asking the neighbors, I learned it was actually a hybrid grapevine, brought over from Italy. Over the winter I let it die back, and removed all of the over growth in January.
With April came new growth and sun. Voila.. baby grapes. Something I always wanted you to have grampa, I saw you try growing the vines so many times.
I love you and miss you.

I learn something about you everyday…I did not realize that you were aware of my Dad’s interest in grapes…and yes, he did love his garden of lemon trees and his vines. You are such a caring, thoughtful young man and I love you so much. I miss him,too. Thanks for remembering him in this way.
