Dear Prius owners,
I know this is hard to imagine. you’re all very worried about a sticky gas pedal. There’s been a lot of recent news about how your car can suddenly go crazy and take off! I know. It’s scary.
But, I have a solution for you. Grasp this. It’s difficult. you might want to practice in the driveway while the car is off.I’m going to try and make this as simple as possible for you to understand.
Do you see the little “N”, it means neutral. Your car will stop going even if the gas pedal is stuck! It’s crazy to think this. i know. But just try. If you take the stick thingy, and make it go from D to N, your car will stop!
So, lets go through this again..
1) Car throttle (the gas pedal) is stuck and your car is accelerating out of control like mad crazy oh noes!
2) place hand on shifter (the stick thingy with the pretty colors)
3) move shifter from D to N
4) apply brakes and stop car craziness.
