RE: Dispatching, Install, and Customer Service

I’m a customer of bright-house out of Orlando/Ocoee and so far YOUR company has continuously failed at every given point, except for the actual technician that did the install. Someone in your office should know what is going on with this account by now, as I have called your dispatch office enough times.

You were supposed to have a technician do an install on Monday, 11/22 between 1 and 3pm. At 3 pm, there was no phone call and no technician. We have taken off of work and school to be home for your no show. At any business an employee would have been fired. ON THE SPOT.

I really need to mark this month. October has changed all of my life and the future for Farrah and I. Between meeting new people, learning more about myself and us through them, and as well as moving.. so much is happening.

I have stressed myself enough, yet again, to where its taking a toll on my body.  Lack of sleep, anxiety, and a few other things all contribute to adding more stress… Amidst all of this stress, my little dog Chester seems to be waging his own war. As everyone knows he is getting up there in age and his immune system isn’t fighting infections as it used to. His teeth are likely to kill him, but I took him to the vet last Friday and get him some anti-biotics. Its either lymphoma or just a system infection.. either way the same applies. As long as he is willing to fight.. I will fight for him.

With my life creating such huge ripples its affecting those around me. Farrah for one obviously.. We’re on our way to Orlando. I have taken a “newish” job and a company on the starting line of some huge adventures. While still all a big new thing… it opens up more possibilities for both of us. I am able to take on a role of project manager and get my clients work done faster, without actually having to be the coder behind the desk. Farrah is able to focus her time on school and give herself the attention she has deserved for years, but never been able to.

While we have to say goodbye to the little beach-house bungalow we have set up.. Orlando is bringing us more opportunity for the rest of our lives. Daytona is a sticky mess that holds everyone in. A true black-hole. I don’t hate Daytona anymore.. but I realize whats going on now. Daytona “is what it is” and will never be any more than that. I need a little more security in my future than Daytona is capable of offering. I need to be able to retire and not work till I’m 70. I need that rest and enjoyment of life. I have to work for it now to have it later.

I’ve met a lot of new people in Daytona in the last year or so. Some of them I will never see again. Others.. I truly hope that we keep in touch. So many of you are truly good people and I hope you all stay that way. Farrah and I will of course be back in town. Daytona and Ormond is where I grew up, so many paths of my life have started here.

Live life as a sphere, in infinite direction. For if you rely on only one path, you shall always find an end.

Do you believe in, acknowledge, or agree with the idea of Adam and Eve?

Simple question. When I was a kid, that’s all there was. Religion was around and so the story of Adam and Eve were considered fact. A couple phases later, and I’m here again. They are fact and they did exist; but not in religious terms. “The book” filled in the blanks of what we didn’t know about Adam and Eve. Have you ever heard of mitochondrial DNA, or payed attention to genetics? If you have then maybe you followed the news regarding the blue eye gene.

Religious fanatics scream: “Adam and Eve were truth!”

Science fanatics scream: “We evolved from monkey! that’s perverse to think we all came from the same couple.”

What if we’re both right? The problem people get caught up in is: WHO/WHAT created/lead to Adam and Eve, or WHO/WHAT created/lead to the monkey?

Hypothetically let’s try this. Say things are already in existence. We’re about 200k years ago. Through mitochondrial DNA, we have confirmed that a woman existed. We haven’t found her, we haven’t seen her, but for humanity to exist in current form, she had to exist. Essentially the first human female. Could this have not been “Eve“? Therefore, the stories (religious writings/books) of her came from her descendants

Religion is right, we all came from one man and one woman.

Science is also on the edge of being right to prove that the one man and one woman came from monkey… not just one though.

I remember when Barack Obama was elected. Nation seemed happier than it’d been in years. Finally, some change. Since his election, I’ve seen all the racist people who feel they’re better than the black community bash Mr. Obama for every reason they can find. Most of the racist people bitching about him are unemployed..And collecting unemployment. The only reason benefits have been extended, and re-extended, and re-extended, are because of the president. The only reason you hadn’t been cut off after 6 months is because your president feels you shouldn’t be forced to go homeless and watch your children starve. Shame on Barack Obama for giving a shit about someone other than himself, or the racists that love him so much.

Have you seen him speak? Comparing any Obama speech to any Bush Jr or Sr speech is a breath of fresh air. It’s nice to see our president know what he’s saying for a change, and not just reading it for the first time. He’s making every attempt to improve what needs to be improved. I’m sorry it’s not Your way, but you’re not the president. Unless he’s a miracle worker, he can’t get much more done than what he’s doing. Have you considered moving? Because you’re the same group that’s bitched about our other presidents too. You’re not going to be happy with what any president does. You’re just happy bitching. You’re a group of habitual bitchers. You don’t stop bitching because you lack the intelligence to change things…So like any qualified idiot, you’ll complain from your torn computer chair about what’s happening, not offering ideas how to help or change things that are happening.

Hey listen, I know that every reader is a genius. People who get told they’re idiots do a “RE” and prove themselves to further be idiots (you’re trapped…I REFUSE to read your “re’s”, because there’s no brains behind them) don’t offer any decent fix, don’t offer any donations or help, they just bitch…habitually. Are you mad that Mr. Obama is black? Get over it. Your mother and father didn’t raise you well enough to be smarter than that? I’m sure they’d just love to hear from you, because they don’t know yet that you’re smarter than everyone else. Just tell them how to fix the oil spill, surely they’ll fix it within a couple of hours. Tell them how to fix the economy, certainly they’ll fix it within a week. Tell them how to fix our political system, public health care system, national debt, and gang violence. Thanks to you, they will undoubtedly have this all fixed by the 1st. They simply don’t realize someone like you can steer them in the right direction and easily fix the country’s problems. So what…You have no education, you don’t speak properly, so your grammar’s not that great, so your family isn’t intelligent either, so you’re lazy, unemployed, lack ethic, have little brains, and don’t clean up after yourself… BIG deal. No reason you shouldn’t hold some kind of office position.

You’re WAYYYY smarter than Barack Obama. Otherwise you wouldn’t be living in a small shack doing absolutely nothing with your life, wasting away your years watching Dr. Phil and eating Cheetos. Obviously, your brain is just a hidden secret. A well kept hidden secret that knows all, holds all, and has more common sense than any, that sits and waits for its time to save the world because its just so intelligent.
